Refund decisions
After a cancellation is approved, a refund may move to a pending finance state. Eligibility depends on cancellation terms, services already delivered, deposits and payment records. A pending state does not mean money has already been returned.
Processing and status
When Razorpay (or another configured provider) is enabled, ShaadiSthal records provider-confirmed captures and refunds. Bank processing times may differ from platform status updates. Platform operators issue approved refunds through the finance queue.
Keep your records
Keep your booking reference, receipt, payment reference and written cancellation decision. Never share full card details, passwords or one-time authentication codes.
