Rental prices use the configured event, day or hour basis. Each quote stores its validity and pricing snapshot.
Additional Services
Catering, decoration and other venue services can be added to the quote when the venue has published them with prices.
Payment & Confirmation
A quote does not reserve a date. After a hold, online payment (when configured) confirms the booking. Deposits may be offered when enabled.
What to Confirm in Writing
- Which spaces and hours are included, including setup and cleanup buffers.
- Which charges, taxes, deposits and optional services are included or excluded.
- Quote expiry, payment milestones, cancellation rules and rescheduling conditions.
- Guest-count deadlines, overtime and additional guest charges.
